Job summary

Lighthouse ABA, a New York City-based specialized agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, seeks passionate Behavior Technicians. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and follow individualized treatment plans to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with children.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to modify treatment plans.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
