Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to support clients under BCBA supervision in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and promote skill development across communication, social, self-care, and independence.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in ongoing training, and help families understand progress and strategies. Compensation is hourly with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs as directed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management.
• Collect data on client progress using designated tools.
• Help clients acquire functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Foster a positive learning environment and promote engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress updates to families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
