Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1-1 services in a center-based setting, working with BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans for children with ASD. You will collect data, support families, and maintain open communication with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation.
• Be responsive to needs of clients and families.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort to engage children.
