Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and help build skills in communication and daily living across school, home, and clinic environments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and RBT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively in school, home, and clinic settings and adapt strategies to each environment.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (Boost, HiRasmus).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Participate in required training sessions, team meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Respond to challenging or unsafe behaviors consistent with training and company protocols.
