Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Clarksville, TN seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting. You will implement behavioral plans and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Respond to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and teams.
• Assist with physical activities as clients move during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
