Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA-based interventions. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and commit to at least 15 therapy hours per week.

This part-time role offers a path to full-time hours, with a schedule Monday–Friday 2:00pm–8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–2:00pm, plus mileage reimbursement and paid training to build your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (internships, volunteer work, or employment in education or childcare).

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support with children/teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Foster learning and growth using structured activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.
