Job summary

NC State Extension in New Hanover County seeks an Extension Program Assistant to support 4-H youth development and Family & Consumer Sciences programs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead school enrichment coordination and manage 4-H Embryology programs.
• Support 4-H clubs, enrollment tracking, and event coordination.
• Assist with summer camp planning, registration, and delivery.
• Deliver Healthy Living and FCS programming to youth and families.
• Maintain records, demographics, and program impact data in ERS.
• Draft newsletter updates and marketing materials for programs.
• Provide customer service for enrollment and class registrations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality requirements.
