Job summary

Michigan State University Extension is hiring to support the 4-H program in Montcalm County. You will work directly with the current 4-H Program Coordinator through December and then with the new Coordinator in January/February to ensure continuity during the staff transition.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to network with constituents across diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in program development and delivery to diverse communities.
• Understanding and ability to implement Civil Rights principles and compliance standards.
• Ability to lift and carry educational materials up to 25 lbs.
• Proficiency in use of technology and distance collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate MSU Extension 4-H programs in Montcalm County.
• Ensure continuity and consistency of the 4-H program during staff transition.
• Travel locally and occasionally long-distance as part of the role.
