Job summary

The Global Orphan Project Inc. seeks a skilled Visual Storyteller to connect donors with children and families through powerful video and photography.

The role involves pre-production, shooting, editing, and developing immersive storytelling strategies, including VR/360 formats, with occasional travel to partner sites. You will collaborate with field contractors, manage media assets, and deliver content across social, web, email, and donor events, preserving a mission-driven voice and faith

Qualifications

• Five years or more of video and photography production experience.
• Experience in field shooting and collaborating with local contractors.
• Proficiency with professional editing software (Premiere/Final Cut).
• Editing audio and narration using Audacity or Adobe Audition.
• Photo editing with Lightroom or Capture One Pro; motion graphics with After Effects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Organized asset management for easy team access.
• Versatility across formats for social, web, email, and events.
• Storytelling judgment to portray subjects with dignity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit original video and photography content.
• Lead full production cycle from pre-production to final delivery.
• Plan and execute product and lifestyle photography shoots for GOEX Apparel.
• Collaborate with marketing on concept and script development.
• Drive creative ideation for emotionally engaging media.
• Travel to field locations, work with partners, and build local media capability.
• Collect, organize, and maintain a media asset library.
• Deliver finished pieces tailored to social, web, email, and events.
• Maintain a mission-aligned storytelling voice across content.
