Job summary

Global Impact Collective in Seattle, WA seeks a Strategy Associate to grow our food systems and sustainability portfolio. You will work with senior consultants to research questions, analyze data, and deliver client-ready materials from idea through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, food systems, environmental studies, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, research, sustainability, food systems, strategy or social impact
• Interest in food systems, sustainability, and social impact
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Analytical thinker with ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communicator for client-ready deliverables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Miro, Claude and AI platforms; willingness to learn new tools

Responsibilities

• Support project execution and deliverables for multi-stakeholder client projects
• Manage project logistics: plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up items for meetings/workshops
• Assist with client communications and status updates
• Conduct primary and secondary research including literature reviews and landscape scans
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations
• Track budgets, invoicing, and expenses
