Global Impact Collective is a woman-owned strategy consultancy transforming food systems for a sustainable future, seeking a Strategy Associate to grow our portfolio. You will research complex questions, analyze information, and develop client-ready deliverables alongside senior consultants.

This remote-leaning role (Seattle, WA preferred) offers meaningful responsibility from day one, with mentorship and potential conversion to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in research, sustainability, or strategy.
• Interest in food systems and social impact.
• Strong research methods, qualitative and quantitative.
• Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution with high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain plans, timelines, budgets, and docs.
• Prepare agendas and workshop notes.
• Assist client communications and status updates.
• Lead primary and secondary research and data gathering.
• Turn findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Track budgets, invoicing, and expenses.
