Job summary

DÔEN is seeking an Impact & Responsible Sourcing Manager to support the day-to-day execution of responsible sourcing, social compliance, supply chain risk, and regulatory readiness programs.

Reporting to the Vice President, this role will help maintain systems, data, and processes that enable DÔEN to identify and manage risk across its global value chain and prepare for evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience managing workstreams and communicating risk to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with social compliance programs, factory audits, corrective action management, or human rights due diligence recommended.
• Familiarity with forced labor risk, international labor standards, responsible sourcing frameworks, and global apparel supply chains preferred.
• Experience researching or monitoring legislation, public policy, regulatory requirements, or corporate compliance obligations preferred.
• Experience with supply chain traceability, supplier mapping, sustainability data, or traceability technology is a plus.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, consumer products, retail, or similar global supply-chain-driven industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of DÔEN’s social compliance and human rights due diligence program across the global supply chain.
• Maintain the company’s social compliance dashboard and ensure data remains accurate and current.
• Support Elm AI as a central tool for monitoring and risk management.
• Review social compliance audits and elevate material findings as appropriate.
• Track CAPs from identification through closure with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor suppliers and regions for human rights and other responsible sourcing risks.
• Prepare recurring risk assessments and supplier performance reports for leadership.
