Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Social Impact Specialist to join the Social Impact team and support the Manager of Social Impact in developing, implementing, and managing programs across four pillars: Community Engagement, Inclusion & Belonging, Restorative Justice, and Environmental Stewardship.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners, track KPIs and budgets, and help raise awareness of initiatives across the organization while delivering cross-functional project management

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing CSR initiatives including diversity and inclusion.
• 3+ years of project management in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree; focus on public health, CSR or D&I preferred.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Experience maintaining partnerships with non-profits.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for social impact initiatives.
• Support framework development of Social Impact Program.
• Oversee admin tasks: volunteer signups, budgets, records.
• Track commitments in license applications under the program.
• Coordinate with communications and brand teams for a year-long calendar.
• Maintain partnerships with not-for-profits and other orgs.
• Report monthly KPIs and quarterly Social Impact Report.
