Qualifications

• Solid understanding or willingness to learn the cannabis industry's context and its impact on internal and external communities.
• 4+ years of experience managing CSR initiatives (D&I, social equity, community benefits).
• 3+ years of project management in consulting, operations, manufacturing or high-growth startups.
• Bachelor’s degree; training in public health, CSR or D&I strategy preferred.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager in the execution of social impact initiatives and activities.
• Support the Director’s efforts to build Green Thumb’s Social Impact Program framework.
• Oversee administrative tasks: volunteer signups, event coordination, recordkeeping, budget and payments.
• Track compliance with license commitment programs under Social Impact.
• Coordinate a year-long Social Impact calendar with communications, retail, brand and social media.
• Manage ongoing initiatives such as Round Up, First Day Profits, license commitments.
• Track and report KPIs and budget needs to senior leadership; prepare quarterly Social Impact reports.
• Maintain partnerships with nonprofits and other organizations; ensure deliverables are met.
• Raise internal and external awareness, manage communications, and coordinate with Social Media.
• Support DE&I initiatives with Talent Acquisition; collaborate across Legal/Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, People and Operations.
