Prism Health in Chicago, IL seeks a Project Manager for the Doula Program and Women’s Health to oversee workplans, timelines, and coordination across sites.

You will manage doula scheduling, staffing updates, documentation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance while collaborating with leadership and clinical partners.

Hybrid role with occasional evenings; full-time, location at Cook County Health sites and Prism Health office in Chicago.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or healthcare program support.
• Strong documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program workplans, timelines, and operational deliverables.
• Coordinate doula scheduling, staffing updates, and team communication.
• Maintain accurate program records and reporting logs.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and reporting.
• Lead recurring coordination meetings and SOP development.
• Support outreach workflows and data collection for program metrics.
• On-site presence at Cook County Health and Prism Health offices.
