Infrassocs is partnering with a mid-market private equity fund focused on power, renewables, energy transition, and related supply chain. They are hiring an Associate for their deal team to join a lean, entrepreneurial group with high growth potential.

This role involves supporting deal execution, performing financial modeling, and preparing IC memos and presentations, while assisting in portfolio company management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Investment Banking or Private Equity experience in power/renewables/utilities
• Strong experience with financial modeling and valuation
• Experience creating marketing materials and presentations
• Ability to work in a small, lean team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of deal execution including financial modeling, deal structuring, documentation, valuation, and due diligence
• Conduct sector and market research to stay on top of emerging trends
• Prepare materials such as IC memos and presentations
• Assist in the ongoing management of portfolio companies
