Job summary

Metis Search is seeking an Investment Banking Associate and Vice President to join its Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team in New York. The role involves origination and execution of high-impact M&A transactions within a market-leading sector, with exposure to senior bankers and a strong deal pipeline.

The successful candidates will have 3+ years of M&A experience (or 1+ post-MBA), solid financial modeling and client-management skills, and a track record in the Power/Infra/Renewables space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years M&A experience (Associate) or 1+ year post-MBA.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Power, Infrastructure & Renewables sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and development of new advisory mandates in Power, Infra & Renewables.
• Lead execution of live transactions from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations, marketing materials, and client presentations.
