Infrassocs is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate for its Private Investments team in New York. The role covers opportunities across energy, power, infrastructure, and evolving energy markets, partnering with senior investors throughout the investment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will evaluate, underwrite, and support due diligence from sourcing to execution and portfolio management, applying strong financial modeling and market analysis in a lean, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, project finance, energy markets/research, or a related investing role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience or demonstrated interest across energy, power, infrastructure, commodities, or energy transition.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite private investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure.
• Build financial models, including DCF, project finance, and asset-level operating models.
• Conduct market, competitive, and commercial analysis to support investment theses.
• Support due diligence across financial, technical, commercial, and legal workstreams.
• Prepare investment memoranda, transaction materials, and recommendations for Investment Committee.
• Monitor sector, market, and policy developments to identify new investment themes.
