Job summary

Movement Mortgage is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee sub-servicer performance and uphold regulatory standards within our Servicing governance framework. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, planning documentation, and driving improvements across the servicing workflow.

The role requires strong mortgage servicing knowledge, data analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong default servicing experience required (preferably in Loss Mitigation and/or Foreclosure).
• Strong mortgage origination/transfers/servicing knowledge.
• 2-3 years of loss mitigation experience and/or foreclosure preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage loan administration and/or servicing oversight experience.
• 1+ years of experience in operational reporting and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manage, monitor, and measure the sub-servicer's default servicing performance.
• Plan, implement and execute all required documentation to evidence oversight of sub-servicers.
• Communicate with business units on status and performance of the sub-servicer.
• Develop positive relationships with internal business units and stakeholders.
• Make recommendations regarding department needs, issues or deficiencies.
• Provide analytic support for Servicing; review operational metrics or develop/maximize servicing system applications.
