Job summary

Prosper Global is seeking a Ventures Impact Measurement and Management Consultant for a 6-month remote assignment with US overlap preference. The consultant will implement fund-level IMM practices, support investments, and contribute to Venture Lab and Platform initiatives across a global team.

Applicants should have 5+ years in impact investing or IMM, strong communication skills, and experience with ESG, climate frameworks, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in impact investing, impact measurement & management, or related fields.
• Experience with impact funds or early-stage startups is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of IMM approaches across Prosper Global Ventures funds.
• Perform full IMM reviews for investments and pilots.
• Develop and support theory of change, KPIs, and data collection plans.
• Prepare IMM inputs for fundraising, reporting, and engagement with partners.
