Messmer High School is seeking a Marketing & Donor Relations Coordinator to support communications, donor relations, and fundraising efforts. The role combines marketing tasks with gift processing and advancement operations to ensure accurate data, timely stewardship, and engaging content.

Responsibilities include social media management, photography and video, email content, website updates, and donor receipts.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Meta Business Suite, basic video editing, and graphic design tools.
Strong attention to detail in financial data, donor records, and compliance documentation.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills for donor and public channels.

Responsibilities

Support marketing and communications with social media content, engagement, and campaigns.
Capture photography and produce basic video edits for events and promotions.
Assist with monthly newsletter content and emailing lists from Salesforce.
Manage website updates and routine graphic materials per branding standards.
Process gifts, maintain Salesforce records, and prepare donor receipts and reports.
Support major fundraising events logistics and promotions.
