Messiah Lifeways is seeking a Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator to support the Marketing & Communications Manager and team. The role translates goals into actionable timelines, tracks progress, and ensures projects move forward efficiently.

You’ll assist with social media, email and website updates, proofreading, and templated design. This in-person position is based at Messiah Village Campus in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or related field preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and communications projects from assignment through completion with timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain and track progress in the department’s project and task system.
• Support social media, email updates, website updates, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with proofreading, editing, and templated marketing materials.
• Coordinate event-related marketing logistics and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
