Job summary

Messmer High School is seeking a Marketing & Donor Relations Coordinator to support marketing, donor communications, and fundraising. The role splits duties between marketing tasks and gift administration, ensuring accurate donor data, timely stewardship, and engaging multi-channel content.

Responsibilities include social media, photography, newsletter content, website updates, and basic graphic design, with additional duties in donor management, reporting, and event support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and basic video editing.
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Messmer High School’s marketing and communications efforts.
• Process daily gifts and manage donor records with accuracy in Salesforce.
• Coordinate donor stewardship; prepare tax receipts and donation reports.
• Support event planning and logistics for major fundraisers.
