Job summary

Messmer High School seeks a Marketing & Donor Relations Coordinator to support communications, donor stewardship, and fundraising operations. You will help manage social media, create content, process donations, and assist with events, reporting, and donor communications.

The role includes basic website updates, graphic design tasks, and ensuring accurate donor data in Salesforce. It requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support advancement

Qualifications

Broad marketing, communications, and donor relations responsibilities requiring strong organizational and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and social media management is preferred.
Ability to plan and execute multi-channel content and donor stewardship activities.

Responsibilities

Support Marketing & Communications: create social content, write copy, manage email content, assist with website updates and graphic design.
Support Gift Processing & Advancement Operations: process donations, manage donor records, issue receipts, and assist with monthly reporting.
Assist in Event Execution & Special Projects: help plan and promote major fundraisers and school events.
