Job summary

orsa credit union is seeking a Lending Systems Analyst to support, design and configure lending platforms, including loan origination systems, product and pricing engines, point of sale systems and loan servicing platforms.

This hybrid role blends lending domain expertise with strong technical aptitude to improve workflows, ensure regulatory alignment, and partner across teams. The position is based in Michigan with a minimum hourly rate of $35.29 and potential increases for relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years as a systems analyst.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with typical lending products, services, systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with Encompass and related integrations, Optimal Blue, Blend and FICS Mortgage Servicer.

Responsibilities

• Lending System Administration: manage, refine and troubleshoot lending platforms.
• Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to lending systems.
• Own workflow developments, system upgrades, integrations and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with various teams to advance organizational initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle and production readiness.
• Document system architecture, data flows and SOPs.
