Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• Familiarity with lending products, services, systems, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Encompass and related integrations, Optimal Blue, Blend and FICS Mortgage Servicer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lending systems analyst by managing and refining the system platforms; and by troubleshooting issues and underlying causes.
• Own workflow developments and enhancements, system conversions and integrations, identify and remediate system vulnerabilities, and facilitate the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle, including creating test plans, executing UAT, and validating system conversions and integrations before production deployment.
