Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a senior operations leader to manage ECLF’s day-to-day operations, align program requirements, and ensure efficient supervision of tasks. You will collaborate across lending, capital, portfolio administration and asset management, driving cross-functional coordination and process improvements.

The role reports to the VP, Treasury & Operations and requires strong project management, policy development, and data governance skills, with a focus on nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred for senior roles.
• Experience in nonprofit lending or community development is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy and procedures, maintaining entity-level documentation for external audiences.
• Manage business systems administration and cross-team coordination, documenting changes.
• Coordinate with capital, finance and legal teams to report on programs and initiatives.
• Lead program management and data governance efforts and support audits and compliance.
