Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks an Evaluation and Learning Director to lead measurement of impact, strengthen program effectiveness, and foster a culture of learning. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will design evaluation frameworks, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve services.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in program evaluation, research, or data analysis in nonprofit or social impact settings.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software; ability to translate data into insights.
