Patrick Industries invites you to join a one-year Leadership Development Program in Elkhart, IN. This hands-on experience offers rotations across business units, mentorship, and formal training to accelerate early-career growth in Operations and Finance.

You will undertake value-added projects, work with seasoned professionals, and develop leadership and problem-solving skills while aligning with Patrick's BALANCE, EXCELLENCE, TRUST, TEAMWORK, EMPOWERMENT, and RESPECT values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or in progress with graduation between May 2025 and May 2027.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through academics, athletics, or work.
• Willingness to relocate to Elkhart, IN for the program and travel as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
