Job summary

Founders Pledge in New York or San Francisco seeks a Funds Program Manager to orchestrate fundraising operations, data systems, and donor reporting. You will partner with Fund Managers and the research team to scale our Funds and ensure flawless information flow.

You’ll own pipeline metrics, streamline grantmaking mechanics, and proactively surface risks while coordinating external reporting with partners. This is a mission-driven role requiring strong operations skills.

Qualifications

• Operational experience managing complex operations and data pipelines.
• Experience in grantmaking operations or philanthropy is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, systems-building, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Fundraising Operations & Data Systems, building centralized tracking.
• Map donor and research pipelines to align capital supply with disbursement demand.
• Co-own end-to-end grantmaking coordination, timelines, and disbursements.
• Identify bottlenecks and surface risks to leadership.
