Job summary

Play for P.I.N.K. seeks a detail-oriented Associate, Fundraising Operations in New York, NY to support financial reporting and donor data management for strategic fundraising programs.

You will serve as the point person for event treasurers, track revenue, enter donor data into the CRM, and collaborate with the accounting team. The role offers exposure to the full operations of a nonprofit and involves working with the events lead, associate manager, and Treasurer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial/operational support for nonprofit organizations.
• Experience with QuickBooks is essential.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily revenue tracking for events and donor data in CRM.
• Prepare and review financial reports and donor acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with Treasurer and accounting staff; support audits and tax letters.
• Handle donor inquiries and maintain donor communications.
• Provide general fundraising operations support and cross-team collaboration.
