This leadership role will manage a comprehensive development plan, cultivate major donors, oversee grant writing, budgeting, and events, and report progress to the CEO.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of fundraising success, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for our cause.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fundraising experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong public speaking and presentations.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles, ethics, and donor cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a comprehensive annual development plan across channels.
• Cultivate and steward major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Oversee grant applications, reporting, and proposal writing.
• Create and manage the development department budget and report to the CEO.
• Plan and execute fundraising events from small gatherings to galas.
• Manage donor data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and integrity.
