Job summary

PACT for Families in Minnesota seeks an Evaluator to design and lead evaluation programs, overseeing data collection, recording, and reporting across grants for children’s mental health initiatives.

You will drive continuous process improvements, train staff, and serve as a liaison with partners to ensure timely, accurate data and impactful results. Travel within the five-county area is expected as part of grant activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Evaluation, Research, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Experience leading evaluation initiatives, managing data, and supporting outcomes measurement in human services, governmental, or nonprofit settings.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data skills, including statistical methods, analysis, interpretation, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective evaluation practices to support PACT for Families' mission.
• Oversee data collection, recording, and reporting across assigned grants.
• Train staff and stakeholders in evaluation practices.
• Lead evaluation efforts for surveys (e.g., PACT SHARE) and liaise with schools, parents, and social workers.
• Draft newsletters and reports; present data in written and verbal form.
• Assist in grant proposals and participate in grant writing when needed.
• Direct staff assignments and review research outputs.
