HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Evaluation/Survey Scientist I to design and oversee health-system evaluation projects, using quantitative and qualitative methods. You will develop relationships with internal and external clients and manage a portfolio of studies.

The role coordinates complex projects, creates detailed plans, and collaborates with researchers within HealthPartners Institute Center for Evaluation and Survey Research.

Formación

• Master's degree in evaluation studies, health care, social sciences or related discipline.
• 2+ years of empirical, human-based research or evaluation with quantitative and/or qualitative methods.
• Significant contributor to research/evaluation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability to protocol with flexibility and judgment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with care providers, operations staff, participants, funders and clients.
• Proficiency in software tools required for HealthPartners environment.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Direct project-specific work of staff, ensuring compliance to policies.
• Develop, design and implement evaluation projects in partnership with HealthPartners.
• Coordinate and manage multiple complex evaluation projects; liaise with internal and external partners.
• Develop detailed project plans, timetables, resource estimation and tracking to meet deadlines.
• Maintain existing client relationships and seek funding opportunities.
• Collaborate on research and oversee data collection implementation.
• Participate in Center activities and working groups.
• Contribute to dissemination through co-authored papers and presentations.
• Participate in continuous learning and peer review groups.
• Perform other duties as requested.
