Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in economics, public health, public policy, political science, evaluation, development studies or sociology
• 5+ years of professional experience leading or contributing to rigorous impact evaluations
• Experience collecting primary data on violence against children, with ethics protocols
• Familiarity with UNICEF programs and evaluation standards
• Proficiency in Stata or R and qualitative analysis software

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct impact evaluations for adolescent girls and violence against children
• Coordinate data collection across multiple locations
