Job summary

TCC Group is seeking an energetic Evaluation Consultant to join our New York or Philadelphia office on a full-time basis. You will design, manage, and conduct evaluations for diverse clients, collaborating with senior team members and cross-functional staff to deliver meaningful insights.

Ideal candidates combine strong project management, excellent writing, and experience with mixed-methods research, with a focus on equity and learning within the social sector.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or applied experience equivalent.
• Advanced skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with statistical analysis software (SPSS).
• Experience with mixed-methods analysis including quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Experience conducting interviews and capturing detailed notes.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop meaningful evaluation questions, methods, and reporting approaches.
• Design and implement quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
• Collect data through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and questionnaires.
• Conduct detailed analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop clear findings and recommendations in reports and deliverables.
• Provide evaluation technical assistance and training to client organizations.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and work plans.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and manage client relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and coordinate with the project team.
• Assist in portfolio management and quality control for evaluation projects.
• Collaborate to identify needs and resolve project challenges.
• Interface with Project Lead to ensure coordination and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Engage in marketing and thought leadership activities.
