Qualifications

• Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Non-Conformance, Document Control, and Audit Management.
• Experience with end-to-end Supply Chain IT systems including planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, or distribution.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements alignment.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business priorities into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Support QMS modules like CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, and Audit Management.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
