Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research and identify affordable housing options and recruit landlords.
• Educate landlords about RRH and assist with barriers.
• Conduct housing needs assessments and determine eligibility for RRH.
• Provide direct case management or coordinate with case management teams.
• Maintain client files and documentation; ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate eviction prevention efforts with property management.
• Link tenants to employment, services and supports as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain HUD compliance.
