Job summary

Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) seeks an Enhanced Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager in Beaverton, Oregon. The role focuses on providing high-quality housing case management to participants experiencing homelessness under the Metro SHS program.

You will conduct intakes, assess eligibility, coordinate with community partners, and support move-in to permanent housing while maintaining case files and client progress.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong people and communication skills with a passion for ending homelessness.
• Ability to learn HMIS/Service Point systems and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide participant-centered housing case management and support permanant housing placement.
• Coordinate with housing providers, landlords, and service agencies to resolve barriers.
• Conduct intakes, eligibility assessments, and regular case notes in HMIS/Service Point.
