Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Experience providing services to immigrants, refugees, or similar populations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client assessments, contact participants, and help with office duties.
• Coordinate with other case managers to provide housing services and support.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
