Job summary

State of Indiana is seeking a Quality Reporting Analyst to develop tools and review up to 300 monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from MCEs. You will ensure quality and contract compliance with Medicaid policy updates and contract amendments.

Role involves creating operational dashboards, revising reporting manuals, and providing in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and governance. This exempt role offers strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Specialized knowledge in program subject matter obtained through experience and/or education.
  • Extensive knowledge of provider agencies and their programs and services.
  • Extensive knowledge of all source materials and references including federal and state laws.
  • Ability to develop and implement new principles and policies and discern implications.
  • Ability to present to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to solve problems.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare monthly finance and accounting reports to maintain program budget and grants.
  • Ability to delegate work, set direction, and manage workflow.
  • Ability to coach and develop employee skillsets.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor program objectives, KPIs, and actions.
  • Direct or implement policies and activities to ensure operations and productivity.
  • Interpret policies, rules, and laws for organizations and officials.
  • Recommend and implement corrective action plans for program issues.
  • Prepare funding or service implementation reports.
  • Coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations.
  • Ensure program requirements meet federal and state grants.
  • Develop training on program requirements and usage.
  • Coordinate and deliver communications plans.
  • Serve on boards and management committees.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train employees; support professional development.
  • Set expectations, measure progress, and evaluate performance.
