Job summary

The State of Indiana is seeking a Dually-Eligible Business Systems Analyst to support Medicaid and Medicare policy decisions, improve program operations, and ensure CMS compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience with CoreMMIS, DataHub, EDW, and CMS reporting, plus SQL and at least one of Python, R, or SAS, to drive data quality and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience with CoreMMIS, DataHub, EDW or vendor analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS quality reporting and actuarial data requests.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python, R or SAS.
• Ability to translate policy needs into analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics support to improve program operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and federal/state policies.
