Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a similar role applying specialized program knowledge and analysis skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicaid programs and related laws.
• Ability to develop and implement new principles and policies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to delegate work and develop employee skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Develops support tools and dashboards for Medicaid policy and planning.
• Reviews ~300 monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from Managed Care Entities for quality and contract compliance.
• Collaborates to revise reporting manuals based on policy updates and contract amendments.
• Analyzes data reports and provides in-depth assessment of MCE submissions to support Medicaid programs serving Hoosiers.
