Job summary

ALSAC is seeking an Advisor, Quality and Continuous Improvement located in Memphis with hybrid work options. You will lead quality initiatives, map processes, and mentor staff in Lean Six Sigma and other CI tools to improve stakeholder experiences and organizational performance.

The role emphasizes strategic advising, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering tangible improvements across enterprise processes with a focus on donor experience and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in business process improvement, including quality management, project management, and continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; advanced experience considered in lieu of credentials.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead project teams using quality/continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Quality Management to develop and deploy strategies with a quality-focused discipline.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes using quality tools and CI methods.
• Conduct operational assessments of critical workflows to streamline, standardize, and reduce waste.
• Implement process improvements and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects and quick wins.
• Support the EQM Team in resolving quality issues impacting revenue, donor experience, and brand.
