Job summary

ALSAC–St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis seeks a strategic leader to develop and execute content strategies that support fundraising goals.

This role partners with writers, designers and project managers to craft persuasive content across channels, translating complex research into donor-focused messaging. You will analyze performance data, guide direction, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and coach teams to maximize revenue generation while advancing the mission to Finding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or more than seven years of experience.
• Knowledge of proofreading, editing, creative writing, communications, and/or marketing.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar, and usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies to support fundraising goals for multi-channel programs.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and production teams to create persuasive donor content.
• Analyze results to guide strategic direction and test new messaging approaches.
• Ensure content adheres to brand standards and style guides.
• Train and guide writers on strategy and execution.
