Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests, teaching artists, healthcare partners and arts colleagues.
• 1-2 years of project management experience, with ability to track detailed timelines and big-picture goals.
• Familiarization with healthcare settings and community contexts, ideally with arts programming.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail to identify accessibility gaps and propose improvements.
• Interest in building relationships with older adults and in creative aging.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage registration system, tracking ticketing, attendance and surveys.
• Collaborate with healthcare sites to action referrals, track attendance and report updates.
• Contribute to and disseminate marketing materials.
• Coordinate purchase and payment for tickets, teaching artists, room reservations and supplies.
• Act as a link worker supporting older adults in registration and planning for attendance.
• Support on-site events, with focus on creative aging and accessibility.
