HDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Transportation and Water projects in Omaha, NE. You will work with Project Managers and technical teams to organize documents, schedules, and reporting.

The role emphasizes document management, meeting coordination, and coordination of multidiscipline design teams. Strong communication and organization are essential; associate degree and 1 year related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of 1 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers or Designees with project documents, financials and progress reporting.
• Set up project meetings and prepare detailed minutes of meetings.
• Maintain submittal schedules and RFI logs; manage project documentation.
• Support formatting, word processing, editing and organization of project documents and reports.
