Job summary

Child Mind Institute is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support the SEEC core's operational execution across teams. The role involves managing contracts, vendors, licenses, and subscriptions, plus scheduling for the Director of the Autism Center, with a strong focus on documentation and process improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in operations or related fields, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, administration, program coordination, project coordination, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational processes across multiple teams, ensuring actions are completed on schedule.
• Manage administrative operations including contracts, vendors, licenses, and recurring commitments.
• Support personnel administration by coordinating hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and related processes with HR.
• Monitor operational spending and budget tracking to support planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate complex scheduling for the Director of the Autism Center.
