Responsibilities

• Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Lead, engage, and retain a team of 25–50 professionals delivering exceptional care.
• Build trust with families by providing education and guidance during onboarding.
• Collaborate to ensure quality operations.
