Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles.
• Support 5S, CAPEX, and operational excellence initiatives across the facility.
• Review production and operational data to drive informed business decisions.
• Coach and support employees on Lean tools, best practices, and process improvement methodologies.
